This kit provides a fast and easy method for the purification of total RNA from various biological samples including animal tissues and cultured cells. This kit utilizes advanced magnetic-silica technology to purify high-quality total RNA. Co-purified DNA can be easily removed by DNase I. Purified RNA is highly suited for downstream applications such as PCR-based or enzyme-based reactions. All of our kits, except the -SP (Single Prep) kits come in a 16 reaction format.
