The PE pegRNA Synthesis Kit is used to generate prime-editing guide RNAs for experiments employing a Cas9 nickase–reverse transcriptase prime editor. It provides a 20 µL in-vitro synthesis workflow for preparing pegRNA without relying on cellular transcription from a plasmid. It is supplied as 10 Reactions (20 µl RXN Volume), stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
