PEmax is a prime-editing protein that combines an SpCas9 H840A nickase with an engineered reverse transcriptase and nuclear-localization signals. The enzyme is provided as purified protein for direct delivery with a prime-editing guide RNA in genome-editing experiments. It is supplied as 80 µg, stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
