The RNA Cleanup Kit purifies RNA from enzymatic reactions or crude preparations by removing proteins, salts and unincorporated nucleotides. It can process up to 50 µg of RNA and is designed to recover standard RNA fragments of at least 25 nucleotides, with shorter recovery possible for modified RNA. It is supplied as 25 Preps, stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
