This RPA kit supplies the core recombinase, single-stranded DNA-binding protein and strand-displacing polymerase components for rapid isothermal DNA amplification. Amplification is performed at approximately 37–42 °C using target-specific primers, making the kit suitable for low-instrumentation assay development. It is supplied as 25 Reactions, stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
