igScript Probe-Based qPCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use real-time PCR mixture for sequence-specific hydrolysis-probe assays. The 2X formulation supplies the polymerase, dNTPs, magnesium and buffer required for addition of primers, probe and DNA template. It is supplied as 500 reactions (20 µl rxn vol), stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
