The igScript Probe-Based RT-qPCR Kit provides separate reverse-transcription and probe-based qPCR reagents for quantitative analysis of RNA targets. It supports sequence-specific hydrolysis-probe detection in gene-expression, pathogen and molecular-diagnostics research assays. It is supplied as 50 Reactions (20 µl rxn vol), stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
