Pfu 2X Master Mix is a ready-to-use proofreading PCR mixture for amplification where higher fidelity than standard Taq polymerase is required. The 2X formulation combines Pfu polymerase, dNTPs, magnesium and buffer for cloning and sequence-sensitive PCR workflows. It is supplied as 200 reactions (5 ml), stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
