T4 Polynucleotide Kinase (PNK)

T4 Polynucleotide Kinase transfers the terminal phosphate of ATP to 5′ hydroxyl termini on DNA or RNA and can also catalyse phosphate exchange. It is used for oligonucleotide labelling, preparation of ligatable nucleic-acid ends and repair of dephosphorylated DNA or RNA. It is supplied as 2500 Units, stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
