Taq DNA Polymerase 2X Premix is a ready-to-use mixture for routine end-point PCR and colony PCR. It combines Taq polymerase, dNTPs, magnesium and reaction buffer, leaving only primers, template and water to be added. It is supplied as 500 Reactions (12.5 mL), stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
