The FastAmp Plant Direct RPA Kit combines rapid plant-tissue lysis with recombinase polymerase amplification for direct genotyping from crude lysate. RPA provides isothermal amplification at approximately 37–42 °C, avoiding a thermal-cycling step. It is supplied as 25 Reactions, stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
