The FastAmp qRPA SYBR Kit provides real-time, dye-based detection of recombinase polymerase amplification products. It supports rapid isothermal DNA amplification at approximately 37–42 °C with fluorescence measured using a SYBR-compatible channel. It is supplied as 25 Reactions, stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
