i7 High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase is a proofreading enzyme for accurate amplification of DNA used in cloning, sequencing and other applications sensitive to polymerase errors. The standalone enzyme format allows the user to select the reaction buffer, dNTP and magnesium conditions. It is supplied as 200 Units, stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
