ig SYBR Green qPCR 2X Master Mix is a dye-based real-time PCR reagent for DNA quantification and gene-expression assays after cDNA synthesis. The 2X formulation combines polymerase, SYBR Green dye, dNTPs, magnesium and buffer for addition of primers and template. It is supplied as 200 Reactions, stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
