Bsu DNA Polymerase Large Fragment, Glycerol Free
Bsu DNA Polymerase Large Fragment is the large fragment of Bacillus subtilis DNA polymerase I, providing 5′→3′ polymerase activity with strong strand displacement and no 5′→3′ exonuclease activity. It is used in recombinase polymerase amplification, random-primer labelling, second-strand cDNA synthesis and other isothermal DNA-synthesis workflows. This glycerol-free formulation is intended for workflows in which glycerol would interfere with downstream reactions or drying. It is supplied as 200 Units (5 units/µl), stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
