T4 gp32 is a single-stranded DNA-binding protein that stabilizes exposed ssDNA during bacteriophage T4 replication, recombination and repair. It is used as the single-stranded DNA-binding component in RPA and can also improve selected PCR and nucleic-acid manipulation workflows. The lyophilized formulation is supplied dry for assay development, storage and reconstitution. It is supplied as 250µg (10µg/µl), stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
