FastAmp Plant Cell Lysis Solution prepares crude plant lysates for direct nucleic-acid amplification without a conventional purified-DNA extraction. The lysate is intended for use in direct PCR or isothermal amplification workflows for rapid plant genotyping and screening. It is supplied as 20 mL, stored at Room Temperature, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 12 months.
