Taq DNA Polymerase is a thermostable enzyme for routine end-point PCR, colony PCR and generation of amplicons with 3′ A overhangs. The standalone enzyme format allows reaction buffer, magnesium and dNTP conditions to be adjusted for the assay. It is supplied as 1000 Units, stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
