Ready-to-use, 4X concentrated non-reducing Laemmli sample loading buffer for SDS-PAGE.
This ready-to-use Laemmli loading buffer contains Bromophenol blue to enable visualization of the dye front and monitoring of electrophoresis progress. Supplied as a 4X concentrate, it preserves disulfide bonds and native protein-protein interactions for non-reducing SDS-PAGE, and is compatible with downstream Coomassie and silver staining as well as Western blotting.
