FLASHBlot-SD Transfer Buffer is a ready-to-use, high ionic strength buffer designed for rapid semi-dry transfer of proteins from polyacrylamide gels to nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes. When used with a compatible high-current semi-dry transfer system, it completes protein transfer in just 3 to 10 minutes, and is compatible with downstream membrane staining as well as chemiluminescent and fluorescent Western blotting.
