AdvanStain Iris is a fast, frustration-free alternative to Ponceau S for visualizing transferred protein on nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes. Just stain, rinse, and visualize—no destaining is required, and its deep blue color gives exceptional contrast for clear protein band detection, even at low protein concentrations. Because no destaining is needed, the membrane can go straight into chemiluminescent or fluorescent Western blotting.
Advantages:
