This SpectraDye fluorescent non-reducing protein sample loading buffer is a 4X Laemmli loading buffer formulated with minimal background fluorescence in the Cy5/IR700 channels, making it ideal for fluorescent Western blotting applications. It contains Bromophenol blue to track the progress of electrophoresis and decreases general sample background compared to standard loading dyes.
