Murine RNase Inhibitor binds and inhibits common pancreatic-type RNases to protect RNA during reverse transcription, cDNA synthesis and in-vitro RNA handling. The inhibitor is provided as a concentrated enzyme for addition to RNA-sensitive reactions. It is supplied as 5,000 Units, stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
