igScript Reverse Transcriptase is an MMLV-derived enzyme for first-strand cDNA synthesis from RNA templates. It is used in RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, cDNA cloning and transcript-analysis workflows. It is supplied as 10,000 units (200 u/µl), stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
