WizPure™ Bst DNA Polymerase (Large Fragment) is a strand-displacing DNA polymerase optimised for isothermal amplification methods such as LAMP, where amplification proceeds without thermal cycling. Large Fragment The Large Fragment form lacks 5'→3' exonuclease activity for cleaner strand displacement, while the Full Length form retains native processivity for broader isothermal applications.
