WizPure™ HS-PCR 2X Master is a ready-to-use 2X PCR master mix containing a Taq DNA polymerase, optimised reaction buffer, dNTPs and a loading dye/tracking system, requiring only the addition of primers, template and water. A hot-start mechanism keeps the polymerase inactive at room temperature, reducing non-specific amplification and primer-dimer formation for cleaner results.
