WizPure™ PCR 2X Master (UDG) is a ready-to-use 2X PCR master mix containing a Taq DNA polymerase, optimised reaction buffer, dNTPs and a loading dye/tracking system, requiring only the addition of primers, template and water. It incorporates uracil-DNA glycosylase (UDG) and dUTP to prevent carry-over contamination from prior amplicons, degrading any contaminating dU-containing DNA before amplification begins.
