WizPure™ qPCR Master-UDG (Probe) is a ready-to-use 2X real-time PCR master mix using hydrolysis (TaqMan-type) probe chemistry, formulated with a standard cycling protocol. Formulated without ROX reference dye, for instruments that do not require passive reference normalisation. UDG and dUTP are included to prevent carry-over contamination between runs.
