WizPure™ RT-LAMP Master is a ready-to-use master mix for reverse-transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP), combining a reverse transcriptase with a strand-displacing Bst-type DNA polymerase, buffer and dNTPs. It enables rapid, single-temperature amplification directly from RNA targets without the need for a thermal cycler, making it well suited to point-of-need and rapid-screening workflows.
