AGL1 Agrobacterium ElectroCompetent Cells
AGL1 is a hypervirulent Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain used to introduce binary vectors into plant cells, including monocot and dicot transformation workflows. The cells are prepared for electroporation, providing a ready-to-use format for transformation with the researcher's binary vector. It is supplied as 6x50µl, stored at -80°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 15 months.
