Cas9 nuclease is an RNA-guided endonuclease for targeted double-stranded DNA cleavage in CRISPR genome-editing and in-vitro cleavage workflows. It is used with a guide RNA to recognize a complementary sequence adjacent to a Cas9-compatible PAM. It is supplied as 40 µg (1600ng/µl), 250pmol, stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
