The 10B cloning background is suited to high-complexity plasmid, genomic and cDNA library construction. The DirectPlate workflow is designed for direct plating after DNA addition, avoiding a separate conventional heat-shock and extended outgrowth step. It is supplied as 6x50μl, stored at -80°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 15 months.
