FastAmp Viral and Cell Lysis Solution prepares amplification-compatible lysates from cultured cells or viral samples without a conventional nucleic-acid purification step. The resulting lysate can be used in suitable PCR, RT-PCR or isothermal amplification assays for rapid screening. It is supplied as 25 Reactions (12.5mL), stored at Room Temperature, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 12 months.
