Ready-to-use, odor-free reducing Laemmli sample loading buffer for SDS-PAGE.
This ready-to-use Laemmli loading buffer contains Bromophenol blue to enable visualization of the dye front and monitoring of electrophoresis progress. Supplied as a 2X concentrate, it reduces disulfide bonds in protein samples without the irritating odor associated with traditional reducing agents, and is compatible with downstream Coomassie and silver staining as well as Western blotting.
