Purified recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Spike receptor-binding domain (RBD) protein with a C-terminal C-tag.
This recombinant Spike (RBD) protein (residues R319-F541) is expressed in CHO-K1 cells and affinity purified, providing a high-quality antigen for ELISA, Western blotting, and other infectious disease research applications involving the SARS-CoV-2 virus. It is also used as the antigen in Advansta's SARS-CoV-2 IgG ELISA Kit, Spike (RBD).
