Sau DNA Polymerase Large Fragment is a strand-displacing DNA polymerase fragment derived from Staphylococcus aureus DNA polymerase I. It is intended for recombinase polymerase amplification and other isothermal DNA-synthesis workflows that require polymerase activity without a 5′→3′ exonuclease domain. It is supplied as 200 Units (5 units/µl), stored at -20°C, and has a stated shelf life of ≥ 24 months.
