SpectraDye Antibody Labeling Kits let you directly conjugate a primary antibody to a fluorescent dye in a single, fast reaction. Each kit contains Antibody Labeling Buffer, SpectraDye Dye Solution, Quenching Solution and Neutralization Buffer, with sufficient reagents to label up to 1 mg of antibody (the user-supplied dye kit omits the dye but includes high-quality DMSO for preparing your own dye solution). Directly labeled primary antibodies reduce non-specific binding from secondary antibodies, save time by skipping secondary incubation and wash steps, and—since no secondary is needed—let you combine primary antibodies raised in any host species for multicolor experiments.
