The WizMag™ Bacterial RNA kit is designed to be used on the CLEO™ AP16 / AP48 Nucleic Acid Extractor System and offers a fast, fully automated method to extract high-quality total RNA from Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, as well as yeast. Bead-based disruption ensures thorough cell lysis for reliable RNA isolation, minimizing handling and the risk of contamination. Purified RNA is highly suited for downstream applications such as PCR-based or enzyme-based reactions. All of our kits, except the -SP (Single Prep) kits come in a 16 reaction format. The -SP kits allow the user to run from 1 - 8 preps.
