The WizMag™ DNA CleanUp kit is designed to be used on the CLEO™ AP16 / AP48 Nucleic Acid Extractor System and offers a fast, fully automated method to purify DNA from mixtures, including enzymatic reaction products. In as little as 20 minutes it recovers DNA fragments from 100 bp to 10 kb from sample volumes up to 100 ?L. Purified DNA is highly suited for downstream applications such as PCR, cloning, labeling, and sequencing. All of our kits, except the -SP (Single Prep) kits come in a 16 reaction format. The -SP kits allow the user to run from 1 - 8 preps.
