The WizMag™ DNA Clinical II kit is designed to be used on the CLEO™ AP16 / AP48 Nucleic Acid Extractor System and provides a fully automated method for total DNA purification from a broad range of biological samples, including cultured cells, swabs, body fluids, and other cell-containing liquid media. Advanced magnetic-bead technology and an optimized buffer system deliver high-purity DNA in under 30 minutes while minimizing handling and the risk of contamination. Purified DNA is highly suited for downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, and enzyme-based reactions. (MFDS approved; ANVISA registered.) All of our kits, except the -SP (Single Prep) kits come in a 16 reaction format. The -SP kits allow the user to run from 1 - 8 preps.
