The WizMag™ Plant RNA kit is designed to be used on the CLEO™ AP16 Nucleic Acid Extractor System. This kit provides a fast and easy purification of total RNA from various plant tissues including leaves, stems, roots, etc. This kit provides the optimized method which is effective for isolating intact plant RNA without contaminating plant secondary metabolites, such as polyphenols and polysaccharides. Co-purified DNA can be easily removed by DNase 1 included in this plus kit.
Purified RNA is highly suited for downstream applications such as PCR-based or enzyme-based reactions. All of our kits, except the -SP (Single Prep) kits come in a 16 reaction format. The - SP kits allow the user to run from 1 - 8 preps."
