The WizMag™ Plasmid DNA kit is designed to be used on the CLEO™ AP16 / AP48 Nucleic Acid Extractor System and offers a simple, fully automated method for high-quality plasmid DNA preparation from bacterial cultures. Combining alkaline lysis with advanced magnetic-silica technology, the kit ensures reliable purification, processes up to 5 mL of E. coli culture per prep in under 30 minutes, and is compatible with endA+ strains. Purified plasmid DNA is highly suited for downstream applications such as PCR, cloning, sequencing, transfection, and enzyme-based reactions. All of our kits, except the -SP (Single Prep) kits come in a 16 reaction format. The -SP kits allow the user to run from 1 - 8 preps.
