The WizMag™ Sputum DNA kit is designed to be used on the CLEO™ AP16 / AP48 Nucleic Acid Extractor System and provides a straightforward, fully automated method for isolating high-quality total DNA from sputum, bronchial, or tracheal lavage samples using a magnetic-bead method. The optimized buffer system delivers high-purity DNA in under 30 minutes while minimizing handling and the risk of contamination. Purified DNA is highly suited for downstream applications such as PCR and qPCR. (MFDS approved in Korea; ANVISA registered in Brazil.) All of our kits, except the -SP (Single Prep) kits come in a 16 reaction format. The -SP kits allow the user to run from 1 - 8 preps.
