The WizMag™ Wood RNA kit is designed to be used on the CLEO™ AP16 / AP48 Nucleic Acid Extractor System and provides a fast, fully automated method for purifying high-quality total RNA from wood and woody plant tissues that are typically rich in polyphenols and polysaccharides. The optimized protocol minimizes handling and the risk of contamination while delivering high-purity RNA suited for downstream applications such as PCR-based or enzyme-based reactions. All of our kits, except the -SP (Single Prep) kits come in a 16 reaction format. The -SP kits allow the user to run from 1 - 8 preps.
