The WizMag™ Total RNA kit is designed to be used on the CLEO™ AP16 Nucleic Acid Extractor System.
This kit provides a fast and easy method for the purification of total RNA from cultured cells, body fluids, and liquid biological samples. This kit utilizes advanced magnetic-silica technology to purify high-quality total RNA in just 30 minutes. Co-purified DNA can be easily removed by DNase I. Purified RNA is highly suited for downstream applications such as PCR-based or enzyme-based reactions. All of our kits, except the -SP (Single Prep) kits come in a 16 reaction format. The - SP kits allow the user to run from 1 - 8 preps."
