WizPure™ HS-PCR FDmix (UDG) is a freeze-dried, ambient-stable hot-start PCR premix containing antibody-mediated WizPure™ HS-Taq DNA Polymerase, reaction buffer, MgCl2, dNTPs (with dUTP) and Uracil-DNA Glycosylase (UDG). The lyophilized format removes cold-chain storage, the hot-start design delivers high specificity, and the UDG/dUTP system prevents amplicon carryover contamination.
