WizPure™ HS-Taq DNA Polymerase is an antibody based hot-start Taq DNA polymerase highly suited for high-specific hot-start PCR, real-time PCR and multiplex PCR. The enzyme is a highly processive 5’?3’ DNA polymerase that lacks 3’?5’ exonuclease activity and lacks a 3’?5’ proofreading function.
