WizPure™ PCR FDmix (UDG) is a freeze-dried, ambient-stable PCR premix containing WizPure™ Taq DNA Polymerase, reaction buffer, MgCl2, dNTPs (with dUTP) and Uracil-DNA Glycosylase (UDG). The lyophilized format removes the need for cold-chain storage, while UDG/dUTP carryover-prevention chemistry eliminates amplicon cross-contamination.
