WizPure™ Pfu 2X Master is an economical, ready-to-use 2X premix built on WizPure™ Pfu DNA Polymerase, a highly thermostable, high-fidelity enzyme with 3'?5' proofreading (exonuclease) activity. Supplied complete with reaction buffer, MgCl2 and dNTPs, it requires only the addition of template and primers.
