WizPure™ qRT-PCR Master (UDG) is a ready-to-use, one-step RT-PCR master mix for real-time assays using labeled fluorescent probes. It includes cold-UDG and dUTP to prevent carryover (cross-) contamination, while an antibody-mediated hot-start delivers superior specificity. A thermostable reverse transcriptase enables cDNA synthesis at temperatures up to 60°C, improving the detection of challenging RNA targets by reducing nonspecific priming and melting RNA secondary structures. The convenient premix requires minimal optimization and is suitable for most real-time PCR instruments.
